A 5K!
We have been trying to add more exercise into our lives, and so decided to participate in a 5k walk/run here in Salem. This was at the Minto Brown Park in June. It's a great park for this type of event because there are lots of bike paths meandering through the woods. I really enjoyed it! I walked it and Chad ran it with our friend Deana. Here we are doing our "finish" shots...
